The election of Governor Ben Ayade as governor of Cross River State has been upheld by the Supreme Court.
The apex court on Friday upheld the election of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governor, saying that Mr Joe Agi who came second in the December 2014 primary did not prove allegation of false declaration of age against the governor.
Joe Agi had asked the court to sack Ayade over false declaration of age.
