Gov Emmanuel frowned at the attitude of youths who obstruct the pace of work at the Refinery Project and Coconut plantation describing it as anti – development, adding that such action discourage investors from doing business in the area and called on the youths to partner the government in its development drive.

He reiterated his determination to implement the blue print of sustainable development in the state and sued for prayers to sustain the industries and projects which would usher in development and provide employment for the youths of the state.

In his homily Rev. Levil Nnam, enjoined Christians to avail themselves of the resurrection of Jesus Christ and repent of their old ways in view of the great sacrifice that God made for the transformation of mankind.

He wondered why the world today have failed to show love, compassion and meekness but preferred envy, violence, covetousness while corruption defines the Nation’s culture.

Taking his texts from Acts 2 v 22 to 32, the cleric urged all to appropriate blessings of Christ dead and resurrection by living right with God.

Reverend Nnam lauded the development drive of the Governor and the transformation of the state to an industrial hub praying God to bless the Governor and his cabinet.
