The Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) is gaining momentum with increasing media coverage.
This however is yet to be replicated in the field of play as the number of spectators in the match and player morale is still on the low side. This challenge I think can be overcome by making the NPFL more entertaining so as to attract spectators and sponsors.
This is where Cheerleaders Nigeria come in. One of the major roles of Cheerleaders Nigeria is to energize players to victory as well as entertain the crowd through cheering, chanting, dancing, gymnastics, etc.
This role so far has been showcased in the field of play across various states of the country. Cheerleaders Nigeria undoubtedly carry so much light in the NPFL as can be seen in the testimonies below.
"In 2015, Cheerleaders Nigeria was established in Akwa-Ibom State and successfully cheered Akwa United FC to victory as they lifted the 2015 NPFL cup". " Similarly, in 2016, Cheerleaders Nigeria was established in Enugu State and the Enugu Rangers FC just won the 2016 NPFL cup".
These results incontestably can be attributed to the high energy level and morale boost showcased by the players as a result of the entertaining prowess of the cheerleaders in those states.
More so, it has been noticed that the number of spectators in the matches is on the increase as they not only come to watch the players perform but also enjoy the cheerleaders present their dancing and singing talents.
It only makes sense therefore to say that the states with the presence of Cheerleaders Nigeria will soon become NPFL champions as we are ready to replicate our success story there.
With Cheerleaders Nigeria contiguously cheering their home clubs to victory and encouraging huge turn out of spectators in the games, light indeed has come to the NPFL.
