By Moses Eskor:- (Sorry in my world there is no word as "Actress")
Dear Mr, Mrs, Miss "Akwa Ibom Star Actor" I write to smile at you, you don't show up anymore at Casting Classes, you sit at home and expect a phone call from me (your mate) I smile at you, in your small "empire" of "stardom" you feel "I have arrived" , but unknown to you my dear you are nothing in the "next level industry".
This is 2016, Nollywood Faces are segmented, Stigmatized by fans into categories thus: (1) Indigenous film Faces, (2) home Vedio faces (aka Asaba film faces) (3) The Big Screen Faces ( aka Cinema film Faces).
Please which one is your face?
I am lucky, I am not a career Actor, I am a Career Film Director, a Proud Member of The Tripod, doing my best to build a legacy in this industry for us all to benefit while I still live in Nigeria.
If you must grow, shed your self pride and Dakkada, Nollywood is fast growing beyond what makes your head swell to a permanent "big Screen" film society, this is quite different from your "indigenous stardom" world.
Your words like "I am bigger than Auditions" is laughable because if my colleagues from "somewhere" comes here as usual you'll be the first to arrive at the Audition venue to worm the seats and at last you go home with a frown,
I pray for you my brother and my sister, I pray you reason, and Arise, by now you should stop acting some "films" because fans are stigmatizing you, no regular Box office fan will buy a ticket of a Big Screen Film that you make the Poster, yes we all started from there but you must not remain there, leave that place for beginners and grow up
Take a Stand before its too late.
"A Stitch in time saves nine"
The Bridge Of No Return Casting Classes is Still On.
Thank you!
