Every marriage (whatever the form) is a show, staged for the pleasure of the couple by the couple and as a lesson for the knowledge of the unmarried and newly married. First, I seriously intend to disappoint your thoughts (or what I suspect you are thinking) at the end of this piece, then to join issues with what I deem the biggest divorce in recent times.
He shocked us by totally abstaining from this online medium for seven
months, only to reappear as promised, but with a heavier shocker, a
divorce. Now, as you raise your eyebrow, please be fully conscious that
without ‘regret’, he just broke up with his 23 year old marriage; and
for us who are still dating, it is becoming more challenging as we
cannot exactly quantify how much we have learnt from his marriage,
having model our love affair after his marriage.
Have you ever been in love so much so that your mere romance with your lover, gives an on-looker orgasm? Or has your passion ever been another man’s soul food? See, I have witnessed him romance his ‘lover’ countless times and I bet, the satisfaction I derive is sweeter than his. But now, no more romance, the marriage is over.
If anyone ever inspired me to be faithful to broadcasting, it is him. His media love story ignited a fire that sets my mind on the radio. His romance with words and kiss of microphone fully satisfies my strong urge to do same. So he shocked me on January 9, 2016, by announcing his divorce with broadcasting and writing after a solid 23 years of fruitful marriage.
