Nigeria striker Olanrewaju Kayode is now valued at £3.5 million after he started out on about £300,000 at FK Austria Wien on account of his goals in the Austrian Bundesliga.
Kayode, 24, was rated at a lowly 300,000 pounds, when he joined up with the Austrian club from Israeli club Maccabi Netanya in 2015.
However, his stocks first shot up to about 2 million pounds when he scored 13 goals in the 2015/16 season.
His current value of 3.5 million pounds was thanks to his 17 goals in the Austrian Bundesliga this past season, which crowned him Goal King.
The former Nigeria U17, U20 and Olympic team international, who made his Super Eagles debut in March against Senegal in London, will now hope to cash in big time on account of his much improved market value
