During an early morning rush hour of Monday July 11, a student of Uyo High School located along Oron road, Uyo missed a step and fell inside a metal gutter cover at the newly opened Samsung show road by Oron road/ udotung ubo traffic light.
Immediately some good Samaritans including student and friends of the young girl gathered to help cut the metal who had one of the girls leg logged inside.
After over 30mins of struggle, the metal was demarcated and the young Js2 girl was set free.
Out reporter learnt that the girl sustained some minor fracture and bruises due to the pressure and struggle.
The name of the girl was however withheld from AKS Trending crew.
