Central Crime Branch (CCB) Police have nabbed a 39-year-old Nigerian national for overstaying in India after expiry of visa.
Emmanuel Ujunwa Okorom alias Ranky alias Bulldog alias Ewmoa Emma Okorom was arrested on Thursday, July 20 in Bengaluru.
Preliminary investigation revealed that he was under Judicial Custody on charges of cheating and case filed under IT Act by Kodigehalli Police.
Three mobile phones and cash Rs 3250 were seized from him.
