Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen scored a brace for his German side Wolfsburg who annihilated a selected side from the Veltins region around Wolfsburg 8-0 in Saturday’s pre-season friendly match at the Flutmulde Stadium in Gifford, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Osimhen came on at half time and opened his goal account for Wolfsburg in the 58th minute after dribbling past three defenders to make it 7-0 for his side.
The former U-17, U-20, and U-23 striker sealed his brace with a header in stoppage time finishing off a brilliant work from the left flank.
Daniel Didavi scored an hattrick in the encounter while new signing Landry Dimata also scored a brace. Marvin Stefaniak also got on the scoresheet.
Wolsfburg face Swiss second division side Rapperswil-Jona in their next pre-season game on Tuesday.
