The above named patient was referred to Physiotherapy Department, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Akwa Ibom State with complaint of delayed developmental milestone.
According to the medical report Assessment revealed that patient has fair neck, poor truncal control and hypertonicity in the limbs. His bilateral body concept is also poor.
He had 10 sessions of physiotherapy but his parents were unable to continue due to financial constraints.
The family of Praise is using this medium to appeal for financial support from Government of Akwa Ibom State, FEYReP, Nsit Ibom LGA and the general public.
