Governor Udom Emmanuel is an enigma of a sort, he runs the business of governance with great panache; while the country is crying of recession, he is busy exploring new areas and delivering people oriented projects to the benefit of the citizens of Akwa-Ibom state and beyond. A few days ago, the indefatigable governor handed over an expanse of land to HFP Engineering (Nig.) Limited, a firm known for Housing, Fabrication, and projects for the construction of an ultra modern market/shopping complex.
Based in Victoria Garden City, Epe Expressway, Lagos, the company is known for several quality projects scattered all over Lagos. HFP Engineering is credited with the following projects, Ruxton Terrace Apartments, Ikoyi, The Exquisite Fountain Spring Ville Estate, Island Gardens, HFP Eastline Shopping Complex, The New Aswani Ultra Modern Market, The Victoria Court Cemetery (1st privately owned in Nigeria), Meiran Water Works. The giant firm is also responsible for building of several road networks including a network of roads in Shomolu, Lagos, Adeniran Ogunsanya Street, Surulere, Kodesoh Street, Ikeja, Akerele Street, Surulere, Pan Atlantic University, Ibeju Lekki, all in Lagos state.
