In view of the end of year get-together party hosted by youths of Akwa Ibom state in support of Governor Udom Emmanuel on Saturday December 31st, 2016, the Governor has approved the postponement of this month’s sanitation exercise earlier billed for same day.
This is to enable the free movement of youths from all the 31 local government areas to the state capital on time.
A statement by the Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Matters, Comrade Aniefiok Wilson Iwaudofia urged all youths in the state to take advantage of the Governor’s gesture and turn out enmasse to celebrate at the year end party in style.
He urged all youths to be seated at the venue of the event before the arrival of the Governor by 10am.
This year’s end of year get together party is billed for Christ the King School, Wellington Bassey Way, Uyo.
