What Gov. Emmanuel's Aide on ICT said at National E-Governance Summit

[+Solomon Eyo @solo4go ]The Special Assistant to Governor Udom Emmanuel on Information Communication Technology (ICT), Engineer Solomon Eyo yesterday Tuesday, November 22 made a presentation on behalf of the Governor at the ongoing e-Governance Summit holding at International Conference Center, Abuja.

Mr Eyo, an ICT expert and trained Civil Engineer, took the participants drawn from the 36 states of the federation, through the rudiments of e-Governance and citizen communication. Themed 'e-Nigeria 2016: Leveraging ICT innovation for Economic Diversification', the annual summit and awards is organized by Nigeria Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) in collaboration with Nihilent.

It will interest you to know that Akwa Ibom State Government, under the leadership of Mr Udom Emmanuel, has been nominated in two categories for the e-Governance Awards. The award ceremony holds today, Wednesday November 23, 2016.

Akwa Ibom State is nominated in the 'Best Web Presence' and the 'Best State Government' categories.
