Enobong Uwah felicitates nominee for Commissioner, reiterates support for Governor Emmanuel

The immediate past Commissioner, Ministry of Housing and Urban Renewal,  Akwa Ibom State, Prince Enobong, has congratulated the nominee for Commissioner from Uyo Local Government, Mr Charles Udo for making the mark.

Prince Enobong Uwah who also hails from Uyo, and holds the traditional title of Ubok Udom Uyo, also extended a hand of solidarity and support to Mr Udo, expressing confidence that, the pedigree and rich resume of the new would-be Commissioner assures him(Uwah) that he will succeed in his new station.

The former Commissioner who also previously served as Commissioner for Environment and Mineral Resources in the administration of Chief Godswill Akpabio, equally declared his commitment to working with Mr Charles Udo to interpret the vision of their boss, Governor Udom Gabriel Emmanuel.

In a post on his timeline, Prince Uwah wrote; "My brother Charles Udoh, Congratulations on your nomination as Commissioner. With your pedigree and rich resume, I am sure you will succeed. You have my total support as we work together to interpret the vision of our boss His Excellency Udom Emmanuel.

In a related development, Prince Uwah, who spoke to newsmen on the development, thanked Governor Emmanuel for the opportunity given him to serve the state and in his cabinet and assured that, as a steadfast stakeholder in the Akwa Ibom project, he remains ever ready to contribute his best in the collective quest to develop the state.
He called on the people of Uyo to rally around the new Commissioner designate and extend the same support they gave  him to the new nominee, who he said is an illustrious son of uyo.

He also thanked the governor for giving Uyo another Commissioner, maintaining that Uyo people will continue to support the administration.
