Few weeks ago, When Mr. Nsima Ekere was nominated for the office of NDDC MD, unreflective members of APC in Akwa Ibom State made us to understand that the position was too low for Mr. Umana Okon Umana who was the party's leader and candidate in the 2015 governorship election.
We were further told that Umana actually nominated Ekere for the job.
Surprisingly , today, Mr. Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Umana as MD of an inglorious Oil and Gas Free Authority, the same people have come out to celebrate the appointment.
Can someone tell me what the Oil and Gas Free Zone does and if the office of MD there is equated to that of NDDC. I just want to be enlightened.
