“One of the measures will be to install plagiarism detection software to check speeches before they are delivered by the president,” Daily Trust quoted an official involved in the plan as saying.
It also reported that the planned installation of plagiarism detector was confirmed by presidential spokesman, Garba Shehu. Meanwhile, the deputy director responsible for the incident is set to be removed from the position in the Presidency.

Recall that President Buhari had released a statement to apologize after the news went viral that a whole paragraph in his “Change begins with me” speech was lifted from Obama’s 2008 victory speech.
