[TRENDING QUESTION OF THE MONTH] CULTISTS IN PRIVATE SECONDARY SCHOOL?

What's wrong with our educational system, which suppose to produce transformed and responsible youths to help in developing their communities, is now producing problems to the society?

Where did we get it wrong? Is it from the family, peer groups,  school, church, community or the media?

How can one describes a situation whereby six secondary school students from one of the best private institutions in Akwa Ibom State (name withheld) lured their friend from another frontline private school in the State Capital, Uyo, to a hotel for a party, where they allegedly murdered him?

Could they be cultists? Could their friend refused to join their cult group?

Why after killing him, they dumped his body in a swimming pool?

Is it to assume that the boy died while swimming after party?

Another big question. Can a hotel operates a swimming pool without at least an attendant? If no, then, where was the attendant when the body of the slain student was dumped in the swimming pool?

Above all, what happened that the medical doctor and Head of Department of Pathology, University of Uyo, Dr. Ivy Umana, who is said to have conducted the autopsy that confirmed the murder of the student, was also murdered few days after the incident in her residence in Uyo?

These and many more are questions begging for answer as the police investigate the matter, which is likely to end in court.

Updates coming up.
