Apparently
afraid of being booed and mocked by Akwa Ibom people, the failed Gubernatorial
candidate of the All Progressive Congress APC sneaked into the state during the
weekend to hold series of meeting in preparation for the March 13th
rerun polls in Etinan, Ibesikpo Asutan and Oron Local Government Areas. Umana
Umana who has been in faraway Kenya since the Supreme Court affirmed the divine
mandate of Gov. Udom Emmanuel, made entry into the state on land. Investigations
shows that Umana who now moves from one African country to the other is living
as a fugitive as the United Kingdom antigraft authorities have declared him
wanted for operating 72 foreign accounts traced to him and his close family
members.
Umana who drove a dark SUV into his Ewet Housing residence has been
holding series of meetings on the need to ensure that the Etinan APC house of
Assembly candidate Mr. Unyime Ekere is elected in next month’s re-run election.
Umana who declared that the re-run polls in Etinan is a do or die affair noted
that it was time to compensate their evil satanic megaphone “Global Concord
Newspaper” for chorning out lies, deceit and tarnishing the good image of PDP
top shots in the state. Umana noted that he has recruited over 600 ex-militants
from Rivers state who will kill, maim and molest Akwa Ibom people and also
snatch ballot boxes during the assembly re-run.
Investigations
by CITIZENS CREW shows that Umana had while in Kenya placed demand for
Ammunitions and weapons such as AK 47 riffles etc. that will be used to declare
war on Akwa Ibom people on assembly rerun day.
Further
findings shows that the hoodlums will relocate to Akwa Ibom during the first
week of March and will be camped in 3 locations, Umana’s Ewet Housing
residence, Nsima Ekere’s residence and a hotel at Osongama.
Anticipating
that PDP will win all polling units in Etinan, Ibesikpo Asutan and Oron, Umana
has also ordered one of his aides Iboro Orthogaran to buy tires so that they
will burn along major roads in Etinan, Ibesikpo Asutan and as well as the state
capital when INEC announces PDP as winners of the assembly rerun polls.
In
a related development, the self-acclaimed APC spokesman Ita Awak has recruited
and camped a killer squad in his country home in Oro in preparation for the assembly
rerun. INEC will on March conduct elections into House of Assembly seats in
Oron, Ibesikpo Asutan and Etinan State Constituencies and from analysis making
the rounds the People’s Democratic Party PDP is in a comfortable lead across
the three state constituencies and with the momentum recorded from Gov. Udom’s
Supreme Court victory the PDP will be reenacting His supremacy and control on
the politics of the state.
It
would be recalled that the APC suffered a major setbacks when the Supreme Court
affirmed the victory of Gov. Udom Emmanuel and since then over 70% of their
party members have since decamped and moved to the People’s Democratic Party,
PDP.
