Some time ago when I was serving my father-land in Plateau State-Nigeria , my fellow corper met his final bus stop by trying to beat nature down in bathing with a cold water of approximately 10-degree Celsius in a cold morning. Since he was a good argumentator, he was always bent on trying the impossible. Unfortunately for him, that landed him in a sad note. May his soul rest in peace. What burdens my heart is the fact that hitherto, a lot of you are still making the same mistake. Some do it purposefully- some out of ignorance. Of course, some lucky victims never escape the consequence.

OUR PREACHING OF HEALTH
Anytime you're set to bath, you have every right to inspect your water; Knowing fully well that extremely cold water can be powerful enough to playfully freeze you off planet earth forever. WARM the water.
N/B: Placing value on your life does not mimic laziness in any way!
- Incase your cooking gas fail, consider these tips...
* Start by first immersing your palms slowly into the water.
* Sprinkle some of the water on your legs gradually. (It's not a ritual please)
* You can actually wet the soap and try to run it all through your body.
All these should take between 2-4 minutes only.
By the time you're done, the body is already prepared to host the sudden visit!. You can now make full use of the water. But where you just jump into making use of the water just like that, anything can happen!. In medical science, we term it SEVERED HOMEOSTASIS and WILD ALARM STRESS RESPONSE!.
_
It's true only God can protect but be thou informed that God will only protect those that value their life except where it's strategized otherwise to reveal his glory.
Life is full of rules. Observing these rules will keep you off some avoidable challenges of life. May you continue to value your life.
This is 2016, a year full of good surprises. At least 2015 was a good year for majority. Please live it well. Enjoy yourself to the fullest, but don't break rules.
~
...........NICE MEETING YOU!
