…After Insulting Attah in 2009 and the office of the Governor, Umana now wants to go into the same office.
…For this reason, the God of justice, equity, fairness and natural sequence will never allow Umana to become Akwa Ibom Governor.
Obong Attah Appointed Umana a Perm Secretary, later Commissioner for Finance, and all he (UOU) did was to bite the fingers that fed him.

Frankly, an ingrate is worse than an infidel. He has no conscience, and morality is far from him. He is driven by monetary gains. According to Malcolm X, ‘’the thing that is worse than death is betrayal. You see, I could conceive death, but I could not conceive betrayal.”
Yes, like Malcom X, the famous American civil rights activist, Obong Victor Attah, former Governor of Akwa Ibom State did not conceive betrayal from Obong Umana Okon Umana, a man he helped to reach the pinnacle of his career in public service when he appointed him a permanent secretary and posted him to the Ministry of Finance.
An ungrateful Umana Okon Umana was still serving in that capacity, when Obong Attah appointed him the Commissioner for Finance in August 2003. An ingrate, will remain an ingrate for life. Instead of rewarding Obong Attah with songs of thanksgiving, Umana Okon Umana drove a dagger into the back of his former boss, calling him a man who could not complete projects in eight years.
The occasion was the 2009 Democracy Day Celebration, while the venue was Ibom Hall grounds. An infamous open letter published by Obong Attah against the then administration of Chief Godswill Akpabio had sparked a row. In the open letter, Obong Attah alleged that the administration of Akpabio was filled with ‘’cultists.’’
To prove Obong Attah wrong, Chief Akpabio, on the said occasion, called all the persons who had worked in the administration of Obong Attah to speak.
An ungrateful Umana Okon Umana, serving as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) in his remarks, said AKWA IBOM PEOPLE SHOULD NOT MIND (OBONG ATTAH) A MAN WHO COULD NOT COMPLETE PROJECTS IN EIGHT YEARS.
Other politicians who spoke on that occasion included the then Deputy Governor, Engr. Patrick Ekpotu, but he did not insult Obong Attah and the office of the Governor of Akwa Ibom State; Senator Effiong Bob, then chairman, Akwa Ibom Caucus in the National Assembly; Engr. Ignatius Edet, then Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly.
Engr. Ekpotu, who served Obong Attah as commissioner for Information; a man who knows the place of a benefactor in the life of an individual called on Akwa Ibom people to be united and eschew the past. He acknowledged the past and urged everyone to support the administration of Akpabio.
Engr. Ignatius Edet, a man who also had a touch of Obong Attah’s benevolences did not insult his benefactor. Like Ekpotu, Engr. Edet simply called for unity among the people.
Obong Attah could not complete projects in eight years, because an ingrate and betrayer was the Commissioner for Finance.
What could Umana had been today without Attah. He did not only insult Obong Attah, he also insulted the office of the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, an office he is aspiring to occupy.
Galatians 6: 7 Says, ‘‘ Do not be deceived; God is not mocked. Whatever a man sows, that he shall reap. Our God is a God of Justice. It is a settled matter in life, according to Hosea 10:13, ‘‘But you have planted wickedness, you have reaped evil, you have eaten the fruit of deception. Because you have depended on your own strength and on your many warriors"
Therefore, how could the APC and his candidate in Akwa Ibom, ever dreamt Eduek Ekpe, would stoop so low and ignore the many sins of Umana, who was doing everything physically and spiritually to quench the resource control warlord?
For the umpteenth time, Obong Attah is not cheap and can't be cowed with money. He has high reputation, integrity and dignity to protect and would never have anything PERSONALLY (underline the word personally) to do with Umana, not to talk about attending an event masterminded by Okon Umana.
UOU, this is pay back time and the law of karma is not far from your doors!
